JoAnna Westcott was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. Before she met and married Bill Westcott over 27 years ago, she started her career as a data communications and telecommunications specialist for the financial services industry. JoAnna is passionate about her work with Bill Westcott, Inc. and her commitment to community. As President of Bill Westcott, Inc., JoAnna enjoys creating comprehensive financial plans for her clients that suit their individual needs. She uses her expertise and experience as a former business coach and decades of experience as a financial consultant to continually improve on every aspect of the client experience.
As co-founder of the Women’s Salon Series, she hosted this popular dinner forum featuring presentations from accomplished women from all walks of professional life. Held at Skyline Country Club, the Salon Series regularly hosted over 100 guests for dinner and a presentation and was completely underwritten by Bill Westcott, Inc.
JoAnna Serves as President of the Board of the Tucson Pops Orchestra for the past 9 years and has been a board member for the past 26 years.
She was recently selected as President of the Advisory Board for the Mel & Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health.

For over 40 years Bill has had an investment practice in Tucson, Arizona.
JoAnna Westcott, is Bill’s wife and business partner for the last 28 years, also has over 40 years in the investment business.
Bill served as a Trustee on the Board of the Tucson Symphony, the Dean’s Advisory Board for the University of Arizona Libraries, and the Dean’s Advisory Board of the College of Science.
Camille Coyle, Vice President, Community Relations
Originally from Michigan, Camille attended Henry Ford Community College and Eastern Michigan University. Camille moved to Tucson in 1996. While raising her two daughters, she volunteered and served on many boards and fundraising committees.
In 2010, she landed with Bill Westcott, Inc., a financial investment firm, as Vice President of Marketing and Community Relations. In addition to her duties, she co-founded the Women’s Salon Series™; Event Driven Media Partners / for the common good™; and is Assistant Director of Potoff Private Philanthropy has now added the roll of Assistant Executive Director for Potoff Private Philanthropy.
Lisa Ortega, Operations Manager
Lisa joined Bill Westcott, Inc. in April 2022 as the Operations Manager. She is the primary client liaison in our office and is here to assist with the many needs of our clients. Lisa has over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry. She received her B.S.B.A. in Financial Services from the University of West Florida. She has obtained her Series 66, 7 and 24 registrations which are held through LPL Financial.
Kara Gomez, Administrative Associate
Kara Gomez, Administrative Associate, has been with Bill Westcott Inc. since 2015 and has over 35 years of Executive Administrative experience. She is the proud mother of two children, with 3 wonderful grandchildren. She is an avid fitness enthusiast and approaches her work with the same enthusiasm and energy as any workout.
